Complete Rules & How to Play
The Uno Billie Eilish Add-On Pack is a 16-card expansion that shuffles into a classic UNO deck. It introduces four special card types inspired by Billie Eilish: Wild Pass Color, Trick Wild Card, Wild Color Challenge, and Reverse Hands. This is an add-on pack and requires a standard UNO deck to play.
Welcome to the Uno Billie Eilish Add-On Pack!
This themed expansion brings Billie Eilish to UNO with 16 brand-new cards featuring exclusive artwork and four unique card types. The pack is designed to be shuffled directly into a standard UNO deck, adding fresh twists to the classic game you already know.
Important: This is an add-on pack, not a standalone game. You need a classic UNO deck to play.
A typical game with the add-on pack takes approximately 15–30 minutes to complete with 2–10 players, ages 7 and up.
The Uno Billie Eilish Add-On Pack contains 16 cards featuring Billie Eilish themed artwork. The pack includes four special card types, each appearing in all four UNO colors:
Each card includes colorblind-friendly symbols to help all players easily identify card colors. See For Colorblind Players for details.
Setting up with the Billie Eilish Add-On Pack is simple:
That's it! All standard UNO rules remain in effect. The add-on cards simply introduce new actions when they come up during play.

The Billie Eilish Add-On Pack introduces four special card types. Each card can be played on a matching color or on top of another card of the same type, just like standard UNO action cards. Here is how each one works:
When you play a Wild Pass Color card:
Play then continues to the next player as normal.
When you play a Trick Wild Card:
When you play a Wild Color Challenge card:
Shown cards are not discarded — players keep them in their hand after revealing.
When you play a Reverse Hands card:
While hands are face up, all standard rules still apply — players play, draw, and say UNO as usual. Your own hand stays hidden.
Every card in the Billie Eilish Add-On Pack features colorblind-friendly symbols in the corner, making it easy to identify each card's color without relying on color alone:
These symbols appear on all 16 cards in the pack and match the colorblind indicators used on newer UNO decks. If your classic UNO deck does not have these symbols, only the add-on cards will display them.
Here are some tips for getting the most out of the Billie Eilish Add-On Pack:
Keep these important details in mind when playing with the Billie Eilish Add-On Pack:
Q: Can I play this without a classic UNO deck?
A: No. The Billie Eilish Add-On Pack contains only 16 cards and is not a standalone game. You must shuffle these cards into a complete classic UNO deck (108 cards) to play.
Q: How many of each special card are in the pack?
A: There are 4 of each type, one in each UNO color (Red, Yellow, Green, Blue): 4 Wild Pass Color, 4 Trick Wild Cards, 4 Wild Color Challenge, and 4 Reverse Hands — 16 cards total.
Q: Can I combine this with other UNO add-on packs?
A: Yes! You can shuffle the Billie Eilish Add-On Pack into a UNO deck that already includes other add-on packs. Just be aware that adding too many extra cards will make the deck significantly larger, which may affect game length and shuffling.
Q: What if everyone has a card for Wild Color Challenge?
A: If every other player can show a card of the color you chose when playing Wild Color Challenge, the challenge backfires and you must draw 3 cards. The other players keep the cards they showed — shown cards are never discarded.
Q: Does Reverse Hands reveal cards permanently?
A: No. When you play Reverse Hands, other players' hands are face up only until the start of your next turn. Once your next turn begins, everyone picks their cards back up and plays normally again.
Q: Can Wild Pass Color be stacked with other Wilds?
A: Wild Pass Color is not a standard Wild card — it belongs to a specific color. You play it by matching its color, just like a regular action card. It cannot be played at any time like a true Wild card, and standard UNO stacking rules apply.
Q: Do standard UNO rules still apply?
A: Yes! All standard UNO rules remain in effect. You still match colors or numbers, say "UNO!" on your second-to-last card, draw if you cannot play, and follow all other classic rules. The add-on cards simply introduce new actions when they come up during play. See Card Rules for how each new card works.
Q: Can I play Reverse Hands on top of any card?
A: No. Reverse Hands cards each belong to a specific color. You can only play a Reverse Hands card if its color matches the color of the top card on the discard pile, or if another Reverse Hands card is on top (matching by type). Standard UNO color-matching rules apply.
